Todd Tekiele, CEO and Founder City of Hospitality Group
and Academy Co-Founder

A respected thought-leader in coach-approach client/service-vendor partnership and accountability, Todd facilitates one-of-a-kind engaged-partnership alignment and professional development workshops in the education, corporate, healthcare, and travel and leisure segments specializing in the historically underrepresented foodservice and hospitality industry.
  • 35+ years of experience working with over 100 higher education institution clients, various foodservice management companies, dozens of high-profile corporations and K-12 schools.
  • BA in Hospitality Business, MS in Management, and a Master Certification in Applied Project Management.
  • Seasoned Keynote Speaker, graduate-level educator at Trine University and results-driven partnership management solutions consultant.
  • Having not missed a day since 2013 you’ll find Todd running for fun and relaxation, at least 1 mile a day. Despite his inspiring running streak, Todd will be the first to tell you that "my journey is just beginning!”
