Frequently asked questions

Are your courses online?

Our courses are online hybrids - a mix of some live virtual (via-zoom) interactive classroom days and some deadline driven online coursework plus in-person or virtual practice that you complete in between class time on your own.

We do not currently offer in-person brick and mortar, face-to-face courses. Please let us know if you would like for us to consider this in the Michigan area. See each program page for a clear schedule and description of participation requirements.

Will I get a certificate for completing a course?

You will receive a certificate of achievement and a verifiable Credly digital badge issued by City of Hospitality Academy, once you complete all program requirements. Please see each course page to learn about other available certifications or CCE's.
